Need to Ship Your Wines?

An adult over the age of 21 with a valid ID must be present to accept wine deliveries. We can not ship to a P.O. Box. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. We cannot control time-of-day for your delivery.  If your order is returned due to unavailability for delivery, additional charges will apply for reship.  Please consider shipping/redirecting to a UPS Store when you are not able to receive your shipment at home.

If there are any problems with your order, either the product itself or an issue during shipping, we will do our absolute best to make sure the issues get resolved with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Most direct-to-consumer wine deliveries are handled by a common carrier such as UPS or FedEx. In addition, the delivered package must be signed by an adult 21 years or older.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges or Sales Tax. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart.

Shipping costs will be added to your total amount due. As you can see from the chart below, there is an additional sales tax to take into consideration when shipping your wines. There is also a case limit when shipping wine out of state. There is no case limit for shipping within the state of Florida.

Largo, Florida Sales Tax Rate Details:

The minimum combined 2021 sales tax rate for Largo, Florida is 7%. This is the total of state, county and city sales tax rates. The Florida sales tax rate is currently 6%. The County sales tax rate is 1%. The Largo sales tax rate is 0%.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Wine Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Note that the bottle you are returning must be in good condition, no evidence of heat damage, and no leaking.
