About The Wine Shop
Welcome to The Wine Shop! Our “brick and mortar” store has hundreds of wines from around the world, both domestic and international. This includes domestic selections from California, Oregon, and Washington State as well as unique producers from states such as New Mexico and Virginia.
Our international wines include selections from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, South America, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
The selections are ever-changing, so we encourage frequent visits – both in person and online – to check out new additions.
We are competitively priced – our goal is to offer the best prices in the Tampa Bay area.
Our knowledgeable staff members are happy to assist you in finding the perfect wine for you.
The wine selection we offer is practically limitless since we source our wines through an extensive network of distributors, wholesalers, importers and brokers.
The Wine Shop’s years of experience in the business of wine gives us a competitive advantage on sourcing wines. Our in-house slogan is “Special Orders are Our Specialty.” Whether we are locating a wine that you enjoyed in a local restaurant or an international trip, we will go the extra mile to find your wine. Throughout our search process we will keep you informed of our progress. When the wine has been located, we will provide a price quote for your approval before we place the order.
Family Owned and Operated
We have been a family owned and operated business since September 2018 when Randy Brown, Sr. purchased the shop from a previous long-standing business. He had a passion for the wine industry long before he opened The Wine Shop.
In fact, the entire Brown family loves wine and has many friends and professional connections in the wine industry. The team here thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and personally sampling the wines to convey accurate palette descriptions. One of our teammates, Jacquie, has been in the wine business for over 20 years and can assist you with food and wine pairings, party planning and special event planning.
The store is now run and managed by Randy Brown, Jr, following his father’s legacy and continuing the family business.

Our "brick and mortar" store is truly unique. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by our friendly team with an offer to assist you with your wine questions and selections. You will also notice the beautiful lakeside views from our back deck, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine from our wine list or select a bottle off the shelf.

While we can ship your wine anywhere within Florida, other states may have specific restrictions and limitations on what can and cannot be shipped.
